devils tower and Big horn

Hi all we are in wyoming now at grey bull. Nice KOA but crappy location. This morning we were up and out early got to devils tower at 830 It was really big and very awe inspiring. Pics really don't so it justice. We then headed to greybull via the Bighorn national forest. That raod was a bit scary in spots. there was a lot of major construction goin on at the top. The switchbacks made me a bit quesy even with dramamine. The views were spectacular. Some of the roadsigns made you wonder. Like "cattle on road" about a mile form that sign didn't we almost hit 2 cows on the side of the road. about 5 mile further on there were3 of em just hanging out on the side of the road on ahairpin turn. Kev did some light flashing at a few cars we passed hopefully they slowed down and there wasnt an accident. People were flying down that road. We also saw antelope and deer today and a few odd prarie dogs. tomorow we should go through yellowstone on or way to the next koa. Lunch was an experience I have to share. Kevin wanted pizza so we stopped at this little place looked kinda like a papa johns. no one was there we aske how long it would take and she said about 10 min for sausage and mushroom. well in about 5 she hands us this pizza NOT cooked. (they didn't cook them just make them for people to take home and cook!!) We found another place to eat and stuffed the pizza in the cooler. tonight for dinner we had grilled calzone type pizza that we attempted to cook on the grill. tasted ok but didnt look very pretty. skype is working out great talkde to melissa shawn and sabina and time and brenda tonight. til tomorrow
