lake itasca

Ok I can't get the pics to upload so I'll try aqgain later. We got up early and it was really foggy here. I have decided that minnesota is a cheap state. most of the roads here are dirt. The major ones are paved but they even have right turn lanes for the dirt roads!!!the dirt roada all have signs and most of the cars are filthy. We couldn't figure that out when we first got here. We got to the lake and rented a canoe. I paddled around for a while we saw some really nice bass roll. Kevin caught one pearch. He was a cute little guy!He let him go. Its a big park and we drove around it. Donna I wa thinking of you with all the bike trails at least as many as the cape. Kevin fished from shore at some of the little lakes and caught a few more3 perch and sunfish. We came back to the site and made dinnerand figured out we werent going to drive all the way to the badlands tomorrow. We are going to have to stop and see the corn palace in SD and stay near there tomorrow night. thanks again everyone.
