whitefish

Hi We are at Whitefish MT near Glacier NP. Last night in Butte we got to see the "Lady of the Rockies" a shrine on top of a mountain lit up. It was weird because it looked like it was floating in the sky. There was also astorm over the mountain so when the lightning flashed you could see the mountain the shrine sat on. They also light up with red lights all the old mine shafts around the city. It was kinda like a weird christmas thing. I tried to get some pics of the lights but the shrine is to far away to make out. The Koa here is more like camping in the ADKs. Its cold and there are lots of pine trees and chipmunks. We took T&B's suggestion and invested in a new camera today. Got to love wally world. We had lunch at swan lake cafe. Kev's lunch was good mine was strange. I ordered a hot turkey sand with white gravy which I now know is NOT turkey gravy. It tasted OK but the presentation was scary. Looked like a pile of white creamy stuff on some bread. They had really good iced tea though. We are off to do the road to the sun tomorrow through Glacier if we don't freeze tonight its supposed to get to 33 tonight. Thank God the cabin has heat!!!
