yellowstone day 2

Another day in yellowstone. Saw more bison some elk that I couldn't get a pic of and a wolf. I made Kevin drive 234 miles so I could see mammoth hot springs it was cool but not that many miles cool. The park has a road closed and the detour is not ok for where we are camped. Which is why it was so many miles. he got a fishing license and didn't even get to fish today so we are going back to fish tomorrow morning. then heading north towards glacier. I cant imagine what this park is like in the summer. everywhere there was a buffalo there were cars pulled over taking pic. mind you they are everywhere!! a couple even like the middle on the road just strolling along down our lane facing us. they won playing chicken!. The elk had a huge rack and I wish we could have gotten near enough to get a shot but htere were more people there than anywhere else. We dis go to a couple of water falls today that were really pretty. the scenery just overloads the senses. everywhere you look there is something else amazing. I often wish I had better photgraphic skills but how overwhelming to have some knowledge of the shots you want and try to get them all. Well I'm off to the showers before another fun day
