Ok let me try again. I had this whole thing typed out but as some of my day went I lost it posting the pics. We set down at Sleeping Bear with olny a small problem. I forgot my towel for the shower and realized halfway through my 2 token shower. fortunately my nightgown donated its life to dry me off. We were on the road by 930 and I thought I had plenty fo time to get to get to pictured rocks for the 4 pm boat tour. Well when I was playing with the gps yesterday I told it no toll raods. not realizing the bridge to the upper peninsula is toll. the the @%$#!^& gps was trying to route me around lake michigan. I was going the wrong way. fortunately I figured it out before we ended up to far south. and reprogramed the thing. It then told me we would not arrive til 3:58 NOT acceptable!!! So like the nut case I am, I'm telling Kevin to speed to make up the time. He flying through upper MI 5 to 10 miles over the limit. He is such a good man and we got there just in time. We were the last ones on the boat. It was a great 3 hour tour. As you can see by some of the pics. After the tour we had dinner at "dogpatch" Lil Abner theme. thne went to the hotel a comfort inn. Even better we got to skype with Brenda Tim and Sophie! I guess thats it for today. tomorrow we are off to Bemidji it should take about8-10 hours depending on how bad I am with the gps.
