Hi we are still here in panquitch for a couple more days. Today we went to Bryce canyon. I think I liked it more than the grand canyon. Not as immense but a lot more interesting formations. Before we got to the canyon we saw the most amazing thing and I was very worried we were going to have to find a way to bring it home with us. There on the side of the road with a for sale sign was a 69 dodge dart swinger 34o. The car of our youth!! Kevin needed tissues to wipe the drool. He took the number down and called as soon as we made it to camp alas the guy actually was selling it for what its worth and the credit card doesn't have 15000 on it. Oh well. we did make it to the canyon and the pics will show how amazing it was. Shawn I took 270 pics so I hope that you can manage to help me stitch them together. A single pic doesn't give the feeling of the place. Then we went to kodachrome basin after driving by it the first time by about 40 miles. Kev let me drive so of course I opted for a dirt road to see chimney rock. it was cool. I even got to drive back to camp. Then we did the laundry and talked to T&B. We are off to see Zion tomorrow.

G'day Heidi
ReplyDeleteI loved the photos. Lucky you. I would die to live there for a few days. It seems so mysterical I can't imagine it.
I would call it the city of stones. I reckon they are alive and watching us, that makes it scary too.
I wish I had a chance to visit all the world. But who knows, my ticket may win.
Good luck.
